Airbus A380 seat configurations
The Airbus A380 has two full-length decks of 49.90 m (163 ft 8 in), though the upper deck has a slightly reduced usable length due to the curvature of the front fuselage and the front staircase. The main deck measures 6.58 m (21 ft 7 in) in width and the upper deck 5.92 m (19 ft 5 in).
Passenger capacity varies with the seat configuration chosen by the operating airline. While the A380-800 is certified for up to 853 passengers (538 on the main deck and 315 on the upper), achievable with a one-class configuration, Airbus references a "comfortable three-class" 544-passenger configuration in their marketing material〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=A380-800 / Cabin layout & comfort )〕 however only Air France has come close to that number with 538 seats.
Of the planes currently in service, the passenger capacity ranges from 407 (Korean Air) to 538 passengers (Air France). In late 2015, Emirates will start taking delivery of planes seating 617 passengers in two classes for the Copenhagen route, the most ever seen.
